This coming weekend will mark the first ever Frozen River Fest in Soldotna Creek Park.

Johnson: “There’s brewers from around the state and it’s going to be a lot of fun there’s going to be family friendly activities, there’s going to be a keg toss for adults and for kids, there’s going to be free hot chocolate and live music, and it’s not weather dependant so if it’s negative 20 or 40 degrees above, it’s going to be a great time.”
Kids activities will include ice bowling, ice skating, kick sleds, and archery.
Tickets are $10 at the festival or can be purchased in advance at Kenai River Brewing for $15.
The festival will be on Saturday, February 7 from 3 pm – 6 pm.
