Lydia Jacoby returned to the pool on Saturday (Alaska Time) and helped the USA women to a Silver medal performance in the 4X100M Medley Relay.
Lydia Jacoby moved-up from third to first in the breaststroke leg, posting the fastest split in the breaststroke at 1:05.03; as the USA Women’s 4X100M Medley Relay team earned the Silver medal in the final women’s swim event of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. The USA women recorded a time of 3:51.73, just .17 behind Australia.
Australia closed with the fastest freestyle for the Gold medal and the Australian women set a new Olympic record with a time of 3:51.60.
