High school sports close-out August and open September with full Labor Day weekend schedules.
Cross Country runners take to the trails in Seward for the Seward Invitational (Dieckgraff Invitational) on Friday. Swimmers from SoHi compete in Kodiak on Friday and Saturday and the SoHi volleyball team also competes on “The Rock” this weekend. Nikiski volleyball is scheduled for the North/South Tournament at Houston High School.
