Central Emergency Services responded to an overturned semi at the K-Beach/Sterling Highway intersection around 10 am.
Brad Nelson with CES said a cement truck slid off the highway and had turned on its side but all lanes are back open.
There was one adult male taken to the hospital via ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
