Homer Resident Arrested For Driving With License Revoked

Anchor Point Troopers on Christmas Eve at 12:30 p.m. responded to a local business in Homer to assist the Homer Police Department locate 24-year-old Hayden Patterson of Homer, who had an outstanding warrant, according to the online trooper dispatch.

 

Upon officer arrival, Patterson was found to be driving away from the scene with his girlfriend 19-year-old Ann Graham of Homer, who was the passenger. A traffic stop was conducted, and further investigation showed Patterson was operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and Graham is accused of allowing Patterson to drive knowing that his license was revoked.

 

A records check showed Patterson was on conditions of release from a vehicle theft case and had violated those conditions. Patterson was arrested and remanded to the Homer Jail for driving with license revoked and violation of conditions of release.

 

Graham was issued a court summons for permitting unauthorized person to drive with a mandatory court appearance, then was released from the scene.
