The Kodiak Bears softball team continued its dominance over peninsula teams with a sweep of Kenai on Friday at the Kenai Field.
The Bears downed Kenai 12-4 and 27-1 in doubleheader action. Big innings stopped each game short. The Bears scored nine runs in the fourth inning to end game one, 12-4. Kodiak scored 12 runs in the second and added 12 runs in the third in game two’s 27-1 win.
