8pm Update:
CES responded to a fire which apparently started on the exterior of a three-storey residence investigation is continuing, but the blaze has been extinguished and crews are mopping up.
A home near the Porterhouse Grill in Sterling is on fire.
Law enforcement agencies are responding.
Witnesses report the fire may have started in a vehicle engine near the home and spread.
Not many details are known at this time.
