The 2019 Northern Lights Conference of Division II football in Alaska released the NLC All-Conference Teams on Saturday during the Division II ASAA First National Bowl Football Championship Game.
The Soldotna Stars dominated Alaska football in 2019 and justifiably dominated the selections to the NLC teams. Soldotna finished conference play at 3-0 and recorded an undefeated 8-0 season into the Division II championship game. The Stars claimed four of five post-season awards (all except for Coach of the Year–Coach Galen Brantley is only 8-0 in 2019, 76 wins in 77 games since 2012 and 124 wins in 13 seasons).
