Allie Ostrander has announced her declaration to complete in both the Women’s 3000M Steeplechase and Women’s 10,000M Run in the 2021 USATF / Olympic Trials for Team USA Track and Field with competition running from Friday, June 18th through Sunday, June 27th at at Hayward Field at the University of Oregon.
Allie Ostrander is scheduled to begin her U.S. Olympic trials with the Women’s 3000M Steeplechase in the event’s first round on Sunday, June 20th in Eugene, Oregon.
Ostrander posted qualifying times for three events: 3000M Steeplechase, 5000M Run, and 10,000M Run
She has declared to compete in the 3000M Steeplechase and 10,000M Run.
Ostrander’s qualifying time in the 3000M Steeplechase of 9:30.85 places her 8th on the qualifying list.
Ostrander’s qualifying time in the 10,000M Run of 32:06.71 places her 27th on the qualifying list.

Allie Ostrander 2016 Olympic Trials Recap
At the 2016 US Track & Field Olympic Trials, Allie Ostrander finished 8th in the 3000M Steeplechase Finals in a field which included Emma Colburn (Rio Olympics bronze medal winner) and Colleen Quigley (Rio Olympics 8th in finals). Allie was the only teenager and the only collegiate runner in the Olympic Trials final. Allie was 19 and only one year out from her graduation at Kenai Central High School.
